There are 4 professional teams under the municipal planning department, namely power, water supply, water drainage, rivers and lakes. Its main function and task is the compilation of master plan and detailed plan on all works of urban infrastructure ( include 8 professions, namely water supply, power supply, air supply, heating, water drainage, and flood control), and it undertakes the research work on all professional topics of urban infrastructure, and serves as a good advisor for the macro-decision of the municipal government; and engages in the feasibility study of all projects in urban infrastructure construction and the work of planning and design. |
