The office of integration carry out its work under the leadership of the president and the managing president, it is an integrated functional department to assist the institute leaders to handle the daily work and conducts the institute production plan management, the finance management, and the assets management. There are now 14 employees, their work duties include: take charge of the work of daily administrative affairs in the institute, and assist the institute leaders to know, inspect the progress condition of all sectors, coordinate the work relations among all departments; prepare all administrative meeting, such as the President working meeting and the meeting of institute, inspect, supervise and urge, feedback the condition of implementation of meeting resolution and decided matters; and take charge of the drafting work for the related document and articles in the institute; in charge of the managerial work of documents, seals, letters and certificates and confidential documents; take charge of foreign affairs, receiving the visitors and work of popularization to the outside; take charge of the work to handle the suggestions, resolutions, motions proposed by the people¡¯s delegate and members of CPPCC as well as the work to handle the letters and visits by the people; being responsible for the routine work of planning & designing association; for the work of plan arrangement and organize the science and foreign affairs; take charge to prepare the plan of key work in the whole institute based on the planning task plan issued by the municipal government and institute work arrangement, and assist the managing president and chief engineer to put plan into practice; receive the planning and design task entrusted by the employer and the science and technology consultation; and assist the managing president or the chief engineer to carry forward the system of principal for implementing project, and conduct production dispatch and comprehensive coordination to the integrated planning project; and formulate the method to manage the system of targeted responsibility and the method to assess and calculate the rewards based on the requirements of the institute leaders, and organize the work to assess and calculate the rewards for the business sectors; take charge of preparation of annual finance budget and final account, and put into practice of all work expenses; in charge of work of finance and taxation management; responsible for management of fixed assets, building management, all administrative work; responsible for all managerial work to the companies affiliated to the institute; and complete other work designated by the institute leaders. |
