The Party Committee Office is an consulting unit for the Institute Party Committee and a routine unit to handle affairs, there are now 2 staff, the main duty of work is: assist the Party Committee to strengthen the work of Party Organization construction at grass roots level and political & ideological work, and conduct the work to evaluate the excellent employees and create an advanced unit, and do a good job in training the active members for admission into Party Organization and the activities for attract new party members; and assist the Party Committee to well do the work of study of the institute theory central group and exchange work; being responsible for the specific work on the democratic life meeting of the institute leading body, the democratic assessment, testing and evaluation, examination to the institute-level cadres; take charge of the work to review, manage and cultivate the follow up cadres at bureau and division levels; take charge of the construction of cadres at division-level and the work of review, selection, appoint and remove, outfit, exchange and management for the cadres at the division-level; in charge of the work on theory training for the cadres at division-level and Party members; take charge of work of popularization and ideology, the work of the united fronts, the information work, the professional titles evaluation for political staff, the political examination for going aboard on private affairs, and responsible of the construction of spiritual civilization and examination. |
